Honningbarna will perform at Bergenfest 2024 Thursday, June 13! 

During her intense career, Honningbarna has released six albums, won Spellemann and P3 Gull awards and played hundreds of concerts both nationally and internationally. After a hiatus in 2018, they returned in 2019 with new songs, two new band members, and an extensive Norwegian tour. The singles "King Kong justice" became Song of the Week on NRK P3, and the subsequent Norwegian tour played for sold out venues all over the country.  

The band was scheduled to continue to ravage club scenes and festivals throughout both 2020 and 2021, but when the country shut down, they instead recorded their sixth album, "Animorphs," which was released in 2022 — their first since 2017. Four songs from the album charted at P3 and the album received rave reviews. Klassekampen described it as one of Norway's best punk records. Honningbarna is known to be one of Norway's best live bands. Get ready for an energetic concert at the next edition of Bergenfest!
