Volunteer at Bergenfest 2025!
Every year, we have many dedicated volunteers who contribute to Bergenfest, and the festival would not be possible without you.
Volunteers help with tasks such as setting up infrastructure, running bars, security, providing information to the audience, accreditation, and more.
As a volunteer, you will work a minimum of 18-24 hours, spread over two to three shifts within your assigned work area. As a thank you for your help, you will receive a festival pass to Bergenfest, allowing you to enjoy the festival as an attendee when you're not on duty. In addition, you will, of course, receive meals during your shifts and have a great experience meeting enthusiastic, festival-loving people. Volunteering is a valuable experience to take with you and offers great insight into how the festival operates behind the scenes.
Note: You must be at least 18 years old to volunteer at Bergenfest.
